Wellness Premium Products does not have a return policy, all sales are final. Damaged goods that have been broken as a result of shipping must be returned within ten (10) working days of the initial delivery. Please hold onto packing materials for inspection by the freight company. All claims or returns of any kind must be authorized via Email or Telephone; unauthorized claims or returns will be refused.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.
